Privacy Policy

“AdVerdict”, “we” and “us” means the operator of adverdictapp.com. You can reach us at contact@adverdictapp.com.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and the password you choose. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and stored in a protected (hashed) form. We cannot read it.

Information you create in the app. This includes your workspace, the strategies and rules you create, and the settings you choose. The ads, products and numbers you see in the app are currently sample data. They are not yours and are not collected from you.

Information you send us. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps.

AdVerdict does not yet connect to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads or Shopify. We are not collecting any advertising, store, customer or order data from those services. If we add these connections, you will be asked to authorize them explicitly, and we will update this policy to describe the data involved before it is collected.

The public demo uses fictional sample data only and does not ask for any information.

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To provide the app, including saving your workspace and strategies.
• To send account emails, such as email confirmation.
• To reply to your messages and give support.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To understand, in general terms, how the service is being used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you sign in, we set cookies that keep you signed in (session authentication). These are essential: without them the app cannot recognise you between pages. We also store your light/dark appearance choice in your browser’s local storage.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time, which will sign you out.

We use a small number of providers to run AdVerdict. They process information on our behalf:

• Supabase provides authentication and our database. Our project is hosted in London, United Kingdom.
• Vercel hosts the website and app.
• Resend delivers account emails, such as your email confirmation link.

These providers may process data in other countries. We share information with them only as needed to provide the service, or if the law requires it.

We keep your account information and the content you create while your account is active. If you would like your account and its data deleted, contact us and we will handle the request. Some records may be kept for a limited time where we have a legitimate reason or a legal obligation, such as security logs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as asking to see it, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses. To make a request, email contact@adverdictapp.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls that keep each account’s data separate. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

AdVerdict is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. Please do not create an account if you are under 16.

We may update this policy as AdVerdict develops. We will change the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
