Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply when you use the AdVerdict website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use AdVerdict.
About the service
AdVerdict helps ecommerce advertisers turn advertising and store data into clear recommendations: KILL, WATCH, KEEP or SCALE.
AdVerdict is an early preview. Connections to Meta Ads and Shopify are not available yet, and the ads, products and figures shown in the app and demo are sample data, not your own. The recommendations are informational only. AdVerdict does not change your ads, budgets or store, and you remain responsible for your own advertising decisions. We do not promise any particular result.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed without permission.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement and be using AdVerdict for business purposes.
Free trial
AdVerdict is offered with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required to start it. There is no permanent free plan. Automatic enforcement of the trial period is not in place yet. When it is, continuing to use AdVerdict after the trial will require a paid plan, and we will tell you before that applies to you.
Paid subscriptions (planned)
Paid plans are not available yet, and AdVerdict does not currently process any payments or store payment details. The plans and prices on our Pricing page are a concept and may change before billing launches.
When paid plans become available, we expect them to be monthly subscriptions at the prices shown at that time. Before you are charged anything, we will show you the plan, the price and the billing terms, and you will need to agree to them. We will update these terms if the subscription model differs from what is described here.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using AdVerdict;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
- use automated means to scrape the service or create accounts in bulk;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows;
- upload malicious code or use the service to send spam or harmful content.
Service availability
We work to keep AdVerdict available, but it is provided as an early preview, “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Intellectual property
AdVerdict, including its software, design, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. You keep ownership of the content you create in the app, such as your strategies, and you allow us to store and process it in order to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AdVerdict is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service, including decisions you make based on its recommendations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero while you are on the free trial. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using AdVerdict at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@adverdictapp.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service.
Changes to the service and these terms
AdVerdict is changing quickly. We may add, change or remove features, including the trial and the pricing concept. We may also update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use AdVerdict after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
[To be completed before launch: governing law and jurisdiction, and the legal entity that operates AdVerdict]
